I bought these cards for myself because I was really having trouble getting over my last relationship. I started using them everyday, and the effect they had on me surprised me. By repeating the statements out loud, sort of like a mantra, I was finally able to release a lot emotions that I had locked away, and move on from my ex - no pun intended. :)

I highly recommend these, and am going to purchase more for some of my friends for their b-days. I am also thinking I want to check out some of the other sets for myself too.
