Start off 2009 right with this basic introduction to Sacred Space. Understand what Sacred Space is and how to create it in your home, office, or even your car! Sacred space is a key element in establishing a peaceful environment, setting boundaries for yourself and family, and moving through healthy change.  Sacred Space has been a part of cultures all over the world. The stone circles of Avebury, the medicine wheels of South Dakota, the pyramids of Egypt, and the temples of India all have one large common theme: Sacred Space. With the passing time and the speeding up of day to day life, we have forgotten how wonderful it feels, how much healthier our day to day lives can become, by bringing that sense of sanctity back into our daily lives.

Sacred Space is not strictly a spiritually based focus or practice. Many corporations hire feng shui experts to assist with architectural layouts and décor to support harmony and prosperity. Building contractors will sometimes hire space clearing consultants to cleanse the “energy” of a place before beginning new projects.

This 60 minute workshop will provide background and a high level overview on Sacred Space. It will explain the use of various tools and techniques, such as using plants, incense, stones, and sound to help set the space for its intended use. Learn key concepts that can be put into practice immediately, and reap the benefits of living and working in an environment filled with love, harmony, and respect.

Workshop participants will be able to submit questions prior to the workshop to be addressed during the session. Please note that SPACE IS LIMITED for these sessions in order to allow questions.
