CULTIVATING YOUR MIDDLE WORLD ALLIES The Middle
World is the spiritual aspect of the physical world in which we live. Middle
World journeys enable us to travel through physical space while remaining in the
present time. The Middle World is populated by a variety of spirits who serve
different functions. While many of us work directly with Upper and Lower World
helping spirits, we may not be as familiar with the benevolent Middle World
spirits who surround us in our Middle World lives. Our focus during this
workshop will be to identify and work specifically with those Middle World
spirits who are our personal allies, be they fairies, tree spirits, devas,
elementals, as well as the spiritual aspects of rocks, the moon, the sun,
certain constellations or planets, etc.
With the intention of entering
into sacred relationship with our Middle World allies, we will begin by
identifying the benevolent Middle World spirits with whom our greatest
affinities lie. We will learn what gifts they offer us and how to call upon them
when those gifts are needed. We will explore relationship with our Middle World
allies both within the context of shamanic journeying as well as in ordinary
reality, working on the land itself. By the conclusion of the workshop, we will
have tools for collaborating with our Middle World allies and maintaining
honorable relationship with them while continuing to co-exist with them in the
Middle World.

Stacey Lynn Lehmann Couch, CSP has a B.S. in Ecology, Evolution, and Conservation Biology from the Univ. of WA. She has lived in coastal, desert, marshland, rainforest, and grassland ecosystems studying everything from seabirds to raptors to foxes to songbirds. She is a published scientific author and has been the director of both a raptor education and a Community Supported Agriculture program. While working and studying at the Path Home Shamanic Arts School she tutored fellow students. She graduated as a Certified Shamanic Practitioner in 2007. Stacey now has a private shamanic practice and is the Office Manager for Colorado Horse Rescue.

Life Purpose - CO (10:00AM - 5:30PM) Instructor: Gwilda Wiyaka DD CSI Hours: 7 (non-residential) Cost: $175.00 When: November 21, 2008, 10:00am - 5:30pm Prerequisites: Lower World or Upper World Shamanic Journey
The age old question “What is the purpose of my life?” will be
addressed during this one day program. While each of us came wired for
one or more purposes, we often feel frustrated in trying to find and
fulfill the same.
We will learn to journey for ourselves and others to get signs, symbols
and guidance to help us live purposeful lives. Time will be spent on
the interpretation of these ever evolving concepts that are threads
running though our lives.
In this experiential workshop you will learn the ancient method of
entering the shamanic journey trance. Each participant will locate a
Spirit Teacher and be instructed on the journey to upper world.
Time will be spent on interpretation and basic understanding of the
metaphors of the shamanic journey as well as traveling with your power
animal.

Safe and enfolding containment is a necessity if we are to be able to
open up to our creativity, bonding, intuition, and healing.
In this class we will explore our personal connection with spirit. We
will discover our own ceremonies and rituals to create sacred space in
our homes and work places.
Sacred space creates the optimum environment for shamanic healing work to take place for the client as well as the practitioner.
