Pilgrimage is often regarded as the universal quest for the self. Though the form of the path changes from culture to culture, through different epochs of history, one element remains the same: renewal of the soul -Phil Cousineau

Black Hills Itinerary:

Friday
Friday morning:  Welcome, Apprenticeship Overview and Ceremonial opening.
Friday afternoon: we will travel by motor coach to Wind Cave for establishing personal relationship with the encanto(s) of the location, involving: a) ritual offerings as ayni, b) walking in beauty, c) deep listening, d) visionary communion with shamanic spirit helpers and tutelaries that may be present.
Friday evening: Dinner at the Powder House around 6pm. We will meet again after dinner for teachings on the shamanic dimensions, sacred geometry and hermetic principles behind ceremonial earth stewardship.

Saturday
We will be joined on Saturday by our special guest Lakota Elder Pete Catches and his wife Cindy.
Saturday morning: we meet before sunrise to board our motor coaches for transport to Sylvan Lake Area to connect and commune with Harney's Peak for sunrise ceremony and a full day of Earth stewardship ceremonies and community building. 
Saturday afternoon we will travel to Bear Butte and end the evening with communal sunset rite-of-passage.
Saturday evening: gathering at the Powder House for Ritual embodiment of spiritual forces and shamanic powers into group altar space.

Sunday
Sunday: we will meet after breakfast for Earth stewardship experience sharing and visionary integration into sacred hoop. Decree of future ceremonial right action by all present. Bid farewell. We will end with lunch.
