A young mouse was awoken with a fright.
When he heard the clatter,
He grabbed his ladder
To rise upon the roof.
For Santa was aloof.
A man dressed in red
Had no idea there was a mouse climbing up to his head.

I awake everyday to help Santa with the sleigh.
From today, tomorrow, and any other day.
Just one thank you or pleasing remark he would never say.
"Fetch the gifts and the naughty list", he would laugh in a way.
Nobody ever realizes the jobs we elves have today.
We wrap the gifts for the nice and for the naughty we pray.
We also clean the workshop and make sure the reindeer stay ...
