Jin Shin Jyutsu
A healing modality where the pracitioner removes energetic blocks.
Historical Background
Jin Shin Jyutsu is a modality that is said to predate Buddha and Moses and was rediscovered by Master Jiro Murai when he became terminally ill, and began to practice it on himself. After spending seven days meditating and practicing Jin Shin Jyutsu in a remote mountain cabin, he was healed and began to further research and rediscover the art. He found references and information in ancient texts such as the Kojiki, and eventually began teach what he had learned to others. Eventually, Mary Burmeister brought the modality to America when she returned from Japan in the 1950's. Eventually, she too began to train people, and so now, it is a less known, but steadily growing method of energetic helaing.
