Aries All of a sudden there’s a kind of reality biting that’s saying that you’re not in Kansas anymore. The landscape around you has changed dramatically in just the last two or three months, and now the magnitude of the changes are beginning to dawn on you. You simply can’t go back to where you were only a few months ago, the tide has changed so much that you’re facing new shores now, and protesting or complaining about it won’t do you any good. Far better to treat the new horizons as an adventure, a time to initiate things and begin again in a way that’s been brewing for a number of years. This month you finally act – or react.

All of your one to one interactions are firmly under the spotlight this month, you’re not going to be able to work on your own without interference, so just for one month bite the bullet and be prepared to work with ‘other’. The main theme during August as far as interactions with others go is that of synergy, where two people working together give greater output that two individuals effort added together. It’s a maturing month, where you grow into the knowledge rather than have sudden realisations.

Cancer You’re on the receiving end of everyone else’s energy this month, in that you seem to be the pin cushion that everyone else is prodding. Perhaps the best bet during August is to do the typical Cancerian thing and put your shields up, so even if anyone or anything does get through and hurt you, there will be no sign of it outside of your own shell. You may not be able to avoid being hurt a little bit, but if you take it on the chin and don’t make too much of a fuss then the bullies will slowly move on in search of easier prey. This is an excellent but somewhat brief shot at new beginnings, especially if it’s involved with something that’s been brewing for many years.
