Elizabeth Schnell, CN, CMT is the owner of Cornerstone Wellness; Personalized Nutritional Counseling and Massage Therapy. Elizabeth graduated from Colorado School of Healing Arts with a Massage Therapy degree in 1997. She began her practice in Littleton before meeting her husband, now retired USAF. She has practiced massage while stationed in Misawa, Japan and San Antonio, Texas. While stationed at Offutt AFB she completed a two year program for Nutritional Science and has incorporated Nutritional Counseling into her practice. Upon her husband's retirement she and her family relocated back home to Colorado and she began a practice in Wheat Ridge.
