Reiki, Reflexology and Healing Touch. Sessions run approximately 45-50 minutes. All 3 odalities are energy based. They help to boost the immune system, provide an overall feeling of well-being, increase circulation, energy and focus, and are used as preventative medicine. The client is provided with the tools to heal themselves. Combine Reiki, Healing Touch and Reflexology in each healing session. Used as preventative medicine as well as treatment for stress and a variety of ailments, including: stomach, colon and bowel, sinus and muscle tension. 

In 2004 Shelley graduated from Red Rocks Community College with a certificate in Holistic Health. She was drawn to the sciences and healthcare, wanting to complement standardized medicine. Shelley focused her studies on the energy modalities of Reflexology, Reiki and Healing Touch.
